The program "RH-MLPA-Analysis.mdb" analyses MLPA samples and prints a report per sample.
Input to the program is exported sizing table peak data produced by GensScan, GeneMapper or Peak Scanner software.
The program requires Microsoft Access 2000 or higher.
Currently it handles these MRC MLPA probe sets:
P021, P023, P026B, P033, P036B, P036D, P036-E1, P064B, P064-B2, P069, P069-A2, P095, P095-A2, P105-C1, P208-B1, P230-B1, P245, P245-A2, P264-A1, P277-A1, P286-A1, P291-A1.
Examples to analyse are included for each of the mentioned probe sets.

Latest version is 5.21 - 12 March 2010
The program "ABI-ExportTabularData" is for GeneScan users only and it exports the relevant data for each sample of a run.
Before using "ABI-ExportTabularData" you have to do an analysis of the peaks by the GeneScan program. GeneScan fits the peak sizes (in bp)
to the ROX reference and updates the ABI sample files (".fsa" files) with these peak sizes.
The exported sample data are placed in same folder as where the fsa-files are located (e.g. the actual run data folder on the ABI).
Just like as if the user after analysis with the GeneScan program
for each .fsa file of an size-caller-analysed run had selected "Export table" and then given the file of the exported tabular data the same
name as the actual sample name.

Latest version is 19 March 2007.
This version works better with Mac fsa files produced on e.g. an ABI 310 and converted to Windows.
