Research

The research effort at our laboratory is aimed at developing and testing more sensitive and rapid molecular cytogenetic analyses for use in clinical cytogenetics. We have developed:

› Data analysis of MLPA products (Latest version 5.21 - 12 March 2010)

Automatic statistical analysis of quantified multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) products.

› High resolution CGH (HR-CGH)

High resolution metaphase comparative genomic hybridization (HR-CGH).
This link is preserved for historical reasons, because since November 2006 our use of HR-CGH has been replaced by array-CGH (currently the Oligo aCGH platform by Agilent Technologies).
